In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 30 business days prior to the end of the current subscription period will be treated as cancellation of subscription for the next subscription period.


Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If you encountered an error in FastPCTools products within 30 days of purchase. Please provide detailed information about an error such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc. We will try to resolve the error or refund If you need refund then we will process your refund.

We issue refunds for FastPCTools products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product and we request that with your refund request you include your name and surname, product name, order number and e-mail address used in the purchase process.

Only orders made from the FastPCTools purchase page, including new orders and subscription renewals, may be refunded under this refund policy. Refunds for third party software need to be requested from the corresponding third party vendors.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days, however this may vary depending on your payment method. Once refunded, the product license and your subscription will be disabled.
